We celebrate our 50th episode in style. Chef Ashley Christensen sits in studio to chat about her life, her family, and why she does what she does...beyond food. We get inspirational but tamper it down with some good ol' tales of the business. Ashley is truly the definition of a Raleigh chef and our bellies couldn't be happier. It's clear to hear that being a chef is only the first layer of the onion that is Chef Christensen. We are proud and humbled to have a legend in the industry speak to these two yankees/dodgers from out of town. North Carolina is better for having Ashley Christensen living with our limits.
